Would a download pack of like vector doodles be useful to you?
VIBE, The Source, and XXL. I have drawn so much inspiration (and sometimes straight up jacked) the images from these magazines and continue to until this day. PLEASE BRING BACK PRINTED MEDIA!
Remember t-shirt transfer paper??
I’ve mentioned before, I get a lot of inspiration comics. The bold colors and drawing style excite me but also the vintage ads! I love seeing a designer’s choices and use of space before computers. Here’s some examples:

Here’s the 2024-2025 mailer I designed for the New Orleans artist residency, A Studio in the Woods. It was tricky up until the end getting things to line up correctly for the bifold, but it turned out nice!

People that create for a living need a hobby or two that’s just for fun and I got this DJ mixer toy for the kids myself. I now DJ part-time, my target audience is ages 0 to 6 years old and I ONLY use the Vtech Kidi Star Mixer. (This toy deserves an award for Best Toy In Years.)
These are a couple of recent mixes and booking info will be shared soon.
This is an animation I did in 2022 that I’d just like to have posted on my site. I was proud of myself for this one because it had a million layers and I saw it through to the end.

This year I decided to use my creativity for good and make a wrapping paper for my family. This was a fun (and useful) project that I’ll probably turn into a tradition. It was also nice going from design to physical product again. It really got me into the spirit.
Anyway, Happy Holidays!
Here’s a few photos from doing it all for THEDOPEGAME™️. I’ve been trying to merge the two, myself and the brand, but could use any insight on how to do so.
This year, I’ve been working on curating my space for creating. My goal is to make myself and company feel like making something. Like a workshop. Right now, I’m working out of my apartment but I’m pleased with how things are coming together.
I framed a print today and it felt really good. It’s nice to finish a project on the computer but it takes things to another level when you print and frame your work. Here’s to doing more.
New book alert 🚨 Inspiration can also come from studying history and other artists’ practices.
One of my favorite sources of inspiration comes from comic books. I really like the colors and drawing style.
Lately, a lot of very cool projects have found themselves to me for which I am grateful. That being said, I’m really excited to share the new logo identity for the “Montgomery and Co.” podcast. It’s minimalist and clean and will serve as a great umbrella for Reese Montgomery’s many endeavors.
I made a playlist in 2010 that ended up being some cool manifestation (even the title) and wanted to share.
